What is the normal delivery time for the wedding film?
Our standard delivery is within 90 days—enough time for us to work some magic, but not too long for you to wait. Now, if you’re impatient (and let’s be real, who isn’t after a wedding?), we offer express delivery so you can have your beautifully edited film within 30 days! Yes, that means reliving the big day while the confetti is barely off the dance floor.
Are there fees if we have to reschedule our wedding?
We’re aware that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. To date, we’ve never imposed any fees for rescheduling. If your new chosen date is available, we’ll simply update the contract to reflect the new date and reschedule it in our calendar. No fuss, no extra cost – it’s as easy as that.
Can we choose our own music?
Absolutely! We want the wedding film to be as personalized as possible. However, it’s important to note that if the chosen song isn’t royalty-free, you might encounter copyright challenges when posting it on social media platforms.
Do you ever create custom packages?
Capturing love stories is our specialty. We make every effort to adapt and tailor packages that best fit our clients’ needs. If you’re interested in finding out more, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
What is the deposit to book?
The deposit is 25% of your package price. The remaining balance is due 3 days after your wedding. Please note that the deposit, and any payment made outside of the deposit, are non-refundable.
What if I don’t download the footage on time?
We usually maintain a backup of each wedding for a minimum of 6 months after you’ve received your film. However, this can vary depending on the number of weddings we accumulate.
Do you travel?
We absolutely do! We’re willing to journey anywhere across the world to capture your unique love story. For such cases, additional travel arrangements and expenses may apply.
Where are you based out of?
We are currently based out of Bucharest, Romania. We film weddings all over Romania and will travel wherever the love takes us.
Do you bring bulky camera gear?
We aim to maintain a minimalist approach on wedding days, striving for the least intrusive presence. On certain occasions, we might bring only a single light, positioned discreetly, ensuring that our equipment doesn’t interfere with the enjoyment of the event.
What is professional audio?
We offer a compact, inconspicuous wireless microphone that we discreetly place on either the groom or the officiant. This ensures the highest quality audio source. Additionally, as a backup measure, we connect a dedicated recorder directly to the DJ’s speaker if possible, providing a direct feed into our camera. It’s important to note that this this is a direct feed into our camera and not a solution to broadcast the audio.
What happens if you can’t make it?
While it has never occurred before, in the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your wedding, we will promptly issue a full refund, including the deposit, without any need for inquiries or explanations.
Do you film catholic weddings?
Of course! We film all weddings, races, sexes & religions. Depending on the religion, there may be certain restrictions for photo & video. We always ask for a list of guidelines from your church or venue ahead of time.
